Job SummaryWe are looking for highly organized and detail-oriented professionals to assist in managing financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, and providing exceptional customer service. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities- Process and reconcile financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Maintain and update records, both manually and electronically
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal stakeholders, including employees and management
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting, as needed
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues and external partners
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Three years of general accounting/clerical/recordkeeping experience, with at least one year in a school district
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- An Associate's degree in accounting, with a minimum of 15 units in accounting or an equivalent combination of training and/or experience
