Job Description
  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
  • Evaluate and document the patient's condition and nursing needs
  • Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans to meet the physical, psychological, social rehabilitative and discharge planning needs of patients
  • Assist team members in giving care to patients and provide guidance and support as needed
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Licensed as a Practical Nurse in the state of Florida
  • Current certification in Basic Life Support (CPR)
  • Basic computer skills
  • Ability to work weekends and holidays as required
