The individual in this position oversees the business development operations and leads the team responsible for executing the sales strategy through effective prospecting techniques, marketing campaigns, proposals, and presentations designed to foster long-term relationships with high-level prospective clients.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES• Present Alta Resources' offerings and solutions effectively to senior executives at potential client organizations and key existing clients.
• Stay updated on new products, services, and relevant market information, including competitive landscape and industry trends.
• Participate in sales meetings, product seminars, and industry trade shows that align with Alta's strategic objectives.
• Manage defined profit and loss statements and budgets, ensuring adherence to pricing structures to secure business.
• Prepare and submit comprehensive sales plans, forecasts, trip reports, customer profiles, and expense reports as necessary.
• Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations, effectively closing deals by crafting persuasive sales and marketing proposals, conducting regular sales calls, and meeting established sales targets and revenue goals.
• Engage in educating and informing prospects and clients about their needs and how Alta's services can meet those needs.
• Conduct research on potential customer requirements and communicate findings internally to assess strategic alignment and partnership opportunities.
• Maintain regular attendance and punctuality, adhering to the agreed-upon schedule of availability as a condition of employment.
LEADERSHIP DUTIESThis role involves supervising and executing leadership responsibilities in accordance with organizational policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include:
• Interviewing, hiring, retaining, and training team members.
• Planning, assigning, and directing work; evaluating performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing and resolving issues.
• Actively leading strategic initiatives and fostering personal development while applying Six Sigma methodologies.
All leadership roles are expected to achieve Six Sigma Green Belt certification.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCEA Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year institution is required; a Master's degree is preferred. A minimum of 10 years of high-level sales experience (Director, VP, Sr. VP, or Executive level) with a proven record of success is essential. Experience in Business Process Outsourcing, Call Center Outsourcing, and marketing analytics is advantageous.
TECHNOLOGY SKILLSThis position necessitates a working knowledge of technology, including advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly MS Excel. Experience with CRM systems is a plus. Candidates must possess the ability to learn and adapt to new software and technology applications as introduced by the organization.
