Job Summary

We're seeking a qualified Teacher to join our team at our KinderCare Learning Center in Newark, New Jersey. As a Teacher, you'll play a vital role in shaping the educational experience of our young learners, and in supporting the development of our center's programs and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement our curriculum in a way that meets the unique needs of each child
  • Create a safe and nurturing environment that promotes learning and growth
  • Partner with parents and center staff to achieve goals around enrollment, accreditation, and engagement
  • Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, and community contacts
Qualifications
  • Outstanding customer service skills and strong organizational abilities
  • CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain
  • Meet state-specific qualifications for the role or willingness to obtain
  • Active Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential or willingness to obtain
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
