Role Overview:

The Daily Property Field Adjuster plays a crucial role in delivering exceptional claims handling services for various incidents within the designated area.

Contractual Obligations:

  • Receive a contract within 24 hours of accepting the initial claim assignment.
  • Possess a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in property field adjusting.
  • Hold an independent adjusting license in the home state or a designated home state license if residing in a non-licensing state.
  • Experience with various perils such as wind, hail, theft, fire, and water losses is preferred.
  • Must have reliable transportation, a computer, a digital camera, a ladder, and other essential tools.
  • Ability to climb roofs is required.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Must reside in close proximity to the assigned location.
  • Proficient in Xactimate and/or Symbility software.
  • Must possess a working laptop with high-speed internet and a digital camera.

Work Environment:

This position requires 100% travel within the designated territory, including physical inspections of loss sites and outdoor work. Flexibility in scheduling and availability during catastrophic events is essential.
