About the Role

We are looking for a Freshness Expert to join our Golden Corral team in Bedford, Indiana. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing freshly baked products for our guests.

Your duties will include preparing breakfast bakery items on weekends, maintaining proper portioning and recipe yields, and following the Bakery and Dessert Cafe Production Guide. You will also be expected to provide excellent customer service and ensure that all products meet quality standards.
