Job Overview

As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, you will play a critical role in creating treatment plans for children with Autism and other developmental challenges. Your expertise in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) will be instrumental in designing, executing, and monitoring behavioral analysis and therapy treatment programs.

Responsibilities:

  • Conducting assessments to identify the need for behavioral interventions.
  • Developing and implementing behavioral analysis and therapy treatment programs.
  • Overseeing the implementation of behavioral analysis programs by other employees.
  • Providing training and designing behavioral systems.
  • Facilitating parent meetings and parent training.
  • Completing comprehensive goals and reports for reimbursement from insurance companies.
  • Collaborating with other professionals and staying current with research and new methodologies.

Requirements:

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification and valid state license (if applicable).
  • Experience in managing challenging behaviors.
  • Ability to maintain a steady caseload of billable hours.
  • A compassionate and effective communication style.
  • Leadership experience is preferred.
