Job Overview

Reliatus Behavioral Health is seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. As a BCBA, you will play a critical role in designing and implementing individualized treatment plans for children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive intake evaluations, including functional behavioral assessments and skills assessments.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans of care that address the unique needs of each client.
  • Supervise and train ABA technicians to ensure the delivery of high-quality services.
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to families, ensuring they understand assessment results and treatment recommendations.
  • Monitor progress, adjust strategies as needed, and provide routine progress summaries.

Requirements:

  • Valid BCBA Certificate.
  • Experience working with children and teens diagnosed with ASD and other developmental disabilities.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for travel between assignments.
