Job Summary:

As a Women's Health Nurse at Ascension, you will have the opportunity to provide direct nursing care to patients in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Our team is dedicated to delivering high-quality patient care and promoting a culture of compassion and excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care to patients in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols of the healthcare organization.
• Implement and monitor patient care plans, serving as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care.
• Note and carry out physician and nursing orders, assessing and coordinating patient's discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team.

Requirements:

• Registered Nurse credentialed from the Indiana Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
• Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire required.
