Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Profit Center Manager to lead our Jacksonville, FL location. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, improving profitability, and delivering exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive sales growth, improve profitability, and expand market share.
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction goals.
  • Analyze financial reports and market trends to inform business decisions and optimize operations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • College degree or equivalent industry experience.
  • Minimum 3+ years wholesale distribution experience.
  • Minimum 2+ years in management, wholesale distribution, or sales management preferred.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office software to communicate, maintain customer and vendor contact files, and analyze performance data.
  • Product knowledge related to the specific Profit Center market preferred.
  • A valid driver's license and a driving record that meets company policy requirements.
