Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Center Supervisor to join our team at CSL Plasma. As a Center Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our plasma collection center, ensuring efficient and safe plasma collection processes, and providing guidance and support to our team members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of center staff, including Group Leaders and other team members.
  • Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs) and applicable federal, state, and local regulations.
  • Monitor and report on center performance metrics, including plasma collection yields and donor satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Provide training and coaching to center staff on plasma collection procedures and SOPs.
  • Collaborate with management to develop and implement marketing initiatives to increase donor retention.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and professional work experience.
  • Minimum of 1 year supervisory experience required, with responsibility for overseeing the activities of others.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
