Exciting Opportunity for Entry-Level Automotive Technicians at Rock Hill Ford

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Entry-Level Automotive Technician to join our team at Rock Hill Ford. As an Automotive Technician, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and repairs on vehicles, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and quality workmanship.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake pad replacements
  • Conduct vehicle inspections to identify potential issues and recommend repairs
  • Assist senior technicians with more complex repairs and maintenance tasks
  • Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and procedures in the automotive industry

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; ASE certification or technical degree a plus
  • Excellent mechanical and troubleshooting skills
  • Positive attitude and customer service mindset
  • Effective analytical and communication skills
  • Team player with collaborative abilities
