About the Role:
This Pallet Sorter position is an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team at 48forty Solutions and Relogistics Services. As a key member of our warehouse team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient movement of goods through our facilities. We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who can work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sort and grade pallets to ensure accurate and timely delivery to customers
  • Loading and unloading materials from trailers by hand
  • Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, adhering to company safety standards
  • Utilizing yard management systems to coordinate trailer moves and optimize workflow
  • Collaborating with shift leads and on-site managers to achieve production goals and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; previous experience in material handling or a related field preferred
  • Excellent math, language, and reading skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to lift up to 50-75 pounds and work in extreme conditions, including heat, cold, and air particulate
  • Familiarity with yard management systems and ability to learn new technologies quickly
