POSITION OVERVIEW

Provide exceptional service to guests, focusing on their needs during registration, checkout, and payment processing.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Welcome and greet guests upon their arrival. Clearly communicate rates and availability to potential customers both in person and over the phone. Engage actively in the sales process to enhance park occupancy. Input guest information into the system, confirming reservations, contact details, and payment methods. Process payments for guest accounts at registration, monthly, and during checkout. Maintain a secure cash bank and ensure daily deposits and accurate financial reporting. Provide guests with a copy of the RV Park's regulations and policies. Distribute keys to guests and offer a comprehensive tour of park amenities. Address all guest maintenance requests promptly and efficiently.

QUALIFICATION CRITERIA

Educational Background

A high school diploma or equivalent is required.

Professional Experience

A minimum of one to two years in a customer-facing role.
