Position Overview
As a vital member of our beverage team, you will be responsible for creating an enjoyable and inviting atmosphere for guests by skillfully preparing and serving drinks. Your role will involve collaborating with cocktail servers to ensure exceptional beverage service on the gaming floor while adhering to all operational standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver outstanding beverage service by fulfilling drink orders at the bar and other designated areas, ensuring all drinks are garnished accurately.
  • Verify the age of customers who appear to be 30 years old or younger, following company protocols for Responsible Gaming and Alcohol Service.
  • Prepare beverages according to established recipes to minimize waste and maintain cost efficiency.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area throughout your shift.
  • Complete all setup and breakdown tasks as required.
  • Assist with stocking duties and perform side work as assigned.
  • Stay informed about current trends in beverage service and mixology, providing insights to the Food and Beverage Manager.
  • Operate and maintain beverage equipment, including ice machines and pouring guns, as part of your regular duties.
  • Work collaboratively with supervisors, cocktail servers, and fellow bartenders to ensure prompt and courteous service.
  • Comply with all alcohol awareness procedures and relevant laws, ensuring a safe environment for all guests.
  • Handle cashiering responsibilities and adhere to established cash handling procedures.
  • Follow company and departmental appearance standards, including uniform and hygiene guidelines.
  • Address customer concerns effectively, seeking supervisor assistance when necessary.
  • Adhere to all sanitation and safety regulations in your daily tasks.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company events and promotions to assist guests with inquiries.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications
  1. High School Diploma or G.E.D. is required.
  2. Ability to engage in meaningful conversations with customers during service.
  3. Exhibit politeness, courtesy, and a willingness to assist colleagues as needed.
  4. Strong communication skills are essential.
  5. Physical capability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform various tasks for an entire shift.
  6. Proficient in English, both verbally and in writing.
