Cocktail Specialist

The Bartender plays a crucial role in creating an enjoyable atmosphere for patrons by skillfully preparing and serving drinks with elegance and flair. This position involves collaborating with cocktail servers to deliver exceptional beverage service to guests in a vibrant gaming environment. Adherence to all operational standards and responsible service practices is essential.

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, ensuring each drink is garnished appropriately.
• Verify the age of customers who appear to be 30 years old or younger, adhering to responsible gaming and alcohol service protocols.
• Follow established recipes and procedures to minimize waste and manage costs effectively.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area throughout the shift.
• Complete all setup and breakdown tasks as required.
• Assist with stocking duties and perform side work as assigned.
• Stay informed about current trends in bar service and mixology, reporting any significant findings to management.
• Operate and maintain beverage equipment, including ice machines and pouring guns.
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure prompt and courteous service.
• Understand and enforce all alcohol awareness policies and relevant regulations.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and follow established cash handling procedures.
• Adhere to pricing structures and point-of-sale procedures for all drink orders.
• Maintain a professional appearance in accordance with company standards.
• Address customer concerns effectively, seeking supervisor assistance when necessary.
• Comply with all sanitation and safety laws and regulations.
• Keep updated on company events and promotions to assist guests with inquiries.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

1. High School Diploma or G.E.D. is required.
2. Ability to engage customers in meaningful conversation during service.
3. Exhibit politeness, courtesy, and a willingness to assist colleagues.
4. Strong communication skills are essential.
5. Physical capability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform various tasks for an entire shift.
6. Proficient in English, both verbally and in writing.
