Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the care provided by our team members, ensuring the highest standards of care and service.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans, taking into account the unique needs and goals of each guest.
  • Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care transitions and effective communication.
  • Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.

Requirements
  • 1-3 years of experience in a long-term care setting, preferably in a leadership or supervisory role.
  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state.
  • CPR certification.
