PRN CNA/SRNA Evening Shift Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate PRN CNA to join our skilled nursing facility team at Lexington Premier Nursing & Rehab. In this role, you will provide high-quality care and support to residents, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene.
  • Provide mobility assistance, including transferring, positioning, and ambulating safely.
  • Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure, temperature, pulse, and respiration rates.
  • Accurately document all care provided, changes in residents' conditions, and any other pertinent information in electronic health records.
  • Communicate effectively with nursing staff and supervisors to ensure cohesive and comprehensive care.
  • Support residents with feeding, preparing meals, and providing companionship to enhance their quality of life.
  • Follow infection control protocols and maintain a clean and safe environment for residents.
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a skilled nursing facility or similar healthcare setting preferred.
  • Current CNA certification in KY required.
  • Ability to lift and move residents, as well as perform physical tasks associated with patient care.
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
