We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Subject Matter Expert (SME) / Construction Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in mechanical engineering, construction management, safety regulations, and compliance with industry standards.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive mechanical building system startup and commissioning plans
  • Collaborate with vendors and contractors to ensure timely completion of projects
  • Conduct regular site inspections and quality assessments to confirm compliance with project specifications and safety regulations

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (Required)
  • 5+ years of experience in mechanical engineering, construction coordination, or facilities management
  • Mechanical system commissioning, building construction, and project management
  • Knowledge of OSHA regulations, Lock-Out/Tag-Out (LOTO), safety best practices
  • Experience with RFIs, submittals, shop drawings, and contractor oversight
  • Familiarity with industry standards and building codes (IBC, NEC, NFPA, ASME, ASHRAE, etc.)
  • Soft Skills:
    • Strong problem-solving, organizational, and time management skills
    • Ability to multi-task and prioritize project commitments
    • Excellent verbal & written communication to relay technical concepts
