Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Arbors West. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and leading our nursing team.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans for residents.
  • Assess and document resident conditions and nursing needs.
  • Administer medications, start IVs, and perform treatments as required.
  • Supervise and direct LPNs, LVNs, and CNAs.
  • Participate in orientation and in-service training for personnel.
  • Ensure supplies are utilized economically and equipment is clean and maintained.
  • Report and record pertinent observations and reactions regarding residents.
Requirements
  • Graduate of accredited RN School of Nursing.
  • Valid RN license in the state employed.
  • Valid CPR certification.
  • One year of nursing experience preferred.
