Job Summary:
Mercy is seeking a skilled Nurse Practitioner or Licensed Practical Nurse to join our Rehab Unit team on a day shift. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide exceptional patient care and work collaboratively with other departments to ensure seamless care delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Utilize the nursing process to provide patient care and maintain professional accountability for provision of patient care for assigned patients.
- Evaluate the overall effectiveness of care provided by other direct care givers and coordinate patient care in conjunction with other departments.
- Maintain patient rights and confidentiality of patient information, and perform duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with our mission, values, and mercy service standards.
Incentives:
- Experienced Nurse Sign on Bonus up to $20,000 for select departments.
- Relocation Assistance up to $7,000 per policy with a 12-month agreement for select departments.

Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited registered professional nursing program.
- Is personally responsible for obtaining, and maintaining, a current LPN or RN license within the hiring state and/or compact licensure in which nursing duties are performed and must meet all state board of nursing requirements.
- Completes Hospital and required nursing competencies, mandatory in-services/MyEducation assignments and relevant certifications (ex. BLS, ACLS, PALS, etc.) within required time frame.
