Key responsibilities include:

  • Participating in the monthly review of project budgets, costs, and profit
  • Researching and auditing projects or specific items as needed
  • Inputting and tracking data related to budgets and project costs
  • Producing owner billings for specific projects
  • Reviewing subcontractor and/or supplier financial statements
  • Tracking and reporting fixed assets acquisitions and disposals
  • Researching and filing state tax requirements for various construction projects

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting
  • 1-3 years previous accounting or equivalent experience
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • PC computer skills and experience with word processing and spreadsheet packages, such as Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Ability to work individually and as part of a team
  • Attention to detail
