Job Title: IT Systems Analyst

We are seeking an experienced IT Systems Analyst to join our team at Triumph Group. As a key member of our infrastructure services team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient daily operation of our network and computer systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Solve computer problems and test cost-effective solutions
  • Provide support for SharePointTeams online environment, including web applications, site collections, sites, lists, libraries, and user permissions
  • Configure SharePointTeams security and monitor performance and usage statistics
  • Plan and execute SharePointTeams upgrades and patching schedule
  • Coordinate with managers and users to identify systems problems and prioritize responses
  • Manage Microsoft Windows servers and technology tools
  • Experience with SolarWinds tools and Windows Server patch management with Windows Server Update Services (WSUS)
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent work experience
  • 3-5 years proven experience as a System Analyst or Systems Administrator
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a proven ability to collaborate with a team
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Extensive knowledge of computer systems and programming
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Relevant certifications such as MCDST, MCSA,VCP or equivalent are a plus
