Job Title: Analyst, Infrastructure Services

Job Summary:

The Analyst, Infrastructure Services will be responsible for solving computer problems, testing cost-effective solutions, and providing support to ensure efficient daily operation of the organization's network and computer systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Solve computer problems and test cost-effective solutions
  • Provide support for efficient daily operation of the organization's network and computer systems
  • Configure SharePoint Teams security
  • Monitor SharePoint Teams performance and usage statistics
  • Plan and execute SharePoint Teams upgrades and patching schedule
  • Coordinate with managers and users to identify systems problems
  • Manage Microsoft Windows servers and technology tools
  • Experience with SolarWinds tools
  • Windows Server patch management with Windows Server Update Services (WSUS)

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent work experience
  • 3-5 years proven experience as a System Analyst or Systems Administrator
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a proven ability to collaborate with a team
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Extensive knowledge of computer systems and programming
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Relevant certifications such as MCDST, MCSA, VCP or equivalent are a plus
  • Prior experience in the aerospace and/or manufacturing industry is a plus
