Requirements include:
- Masters Degree in Behavioral Health, Social Work, Counseling, or related field
- Licensed in the State of Kentucky as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC)
- Excellent working knowledge of behavioral medicine and evidence-based treatments
- Ability to work in a fast-paced primary care environment and communicate effectively with an interdisciplinary team
