As a vital member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring an exceptional experience for our guests at Topgolf. Your role will encompass various responsibilities that contribute to the overall enjoyment and satisfaction of our visitors.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and engage guests as they arrive, sharing insights about our offerings and services.
- Accurately take and deliver food and beverage orders, ensuring prompt service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization within the bay areas, including clearing tables and managing golf balls.
- Assist guests with bay setups and provide guidance on utilizing Topgolf technology effectively.
- Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues with professionalism and care.
- Work collaboratively with fellow team members to foster a positive and memorable atmosphere for guests.
- Embody Topgolf's Core Values: Fun, One Team, Excellence, Edgy Spirit, and Caring.
- Adhere to all safety and health regulations consistently.
- Prior experience in customer service within a hospitality or restaurant environment is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Capability to thrive in a fast-paced setting and manage pressure effectively.
- Attention to detail coupled with excellent organizational skills.
- Must meet legal age requirements for serving alcohol where applicable.
- Availability to work during evenings, weekends, and holidays.
