Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and serving food and beverages in a timely and accurate manner.
- Prepare and cook food to order, following company standards and procedures.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the kitchen, dining area, and restrooms.
- Work effectively in a team environment to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.
- Perform opening and closing duties, including setting up and breaking down equipment, and completing side work tasks.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment, preferably in food preparation and customer service.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and provide excellent customer service.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds, and stand for long periods of time.
- Availability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
