About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Dietary Aide to join our team at Acts Retirement-Life Communities. As a Dietary Aide, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional hospitality to our residents while ensuring the highest quality of food service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve meals to residents in a timely and efficient manner
  • Assist with the setup and cleanup of the dining room
  • Perform short-order cooking and various prep tasks in the kitchen
  • Foster an environment of hospitality and respect for residents
Requirements
  • Entry-level position with on-the-job training
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
