- Monitor and document vital signs, including blood pressure, temperature, and pulse.
- Assist in conducting physical assessments and medical procedures.
- Administer medications as instructed by healthcare professionals.
- Facilitate gastric lavage and IV infusion when necessary.
- Ensure patient comfort and well-being through attentive service and support.
- Maintain accurate and current patient documentation.
- Assist in the setup and upkeep of medical equipment.
- Adhere to infection control protocols to promote a safe and hygienic environment.
Qualifications:
- Must possess a valid CNA License.
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting is preferred.
- Demonstrated proficiency in basic nursing skills, including vital signs and physical assessments.
- Familiarity with medication administration protocols.
- Knowledge of IV infusion techniques.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
- Exhibit a compassionate and caring demeanor towards patients.
