Heavy Equipment Branch Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Heavy Equipment Branch Manager to join our team at Gpac. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our earth moving equipment branch.
Key Responsibilities- Department Leadership: Develop and implement effective department processes to ensure internal and external customer satisfaction.
- Business Development: Develop business with existing and new customers through promotional programs, customer visits, and networking.
- Service Delivery: Ensure timely submission of service warranty paperwork and claims.
- Team Management: Lead and manage a team of 12 employees, providing guidance and support to ensure the success of the branch.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a service department, with a focus on earth moving equipment.
- Education: Technical school certificate or equivalent work experience.
- Skills: Excellent customer service and selling skills, with a strong understanding of parts and machinery.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift, manipulate, and move items weighing upwards of 50 lbs. repeatedly, with regular exposure to dust, fumes, gases, and chemicals.
