Customer Service Agent at DSV

As a Customer Service Agent at DSV, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients. Your primary goal will be to ensure that our customers receive the best possible service, and that their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist customers with inquiries and issues related to their shipments and deliveries.
  • Coordinate shipments and deliveries to ensure that they are completed on time and to the customer's satisfaction.
  • Resolve any transportation-related problems that may arise.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and carriers to ensure that all parties are informed and up-to-date on the status of shipments and deliveries.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of customer interactions and shipments.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
