We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Advanced Practice Clinician to join our team in the Emergency Medicine department. As a key member of our multidisciplinary healthcare team, you will provide comprehensive care to patients in the inpatient setting.
Responsibilities- Assess and manage patients with acute and complex chronic conditions
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to make diagnoses and develop treatment plans
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests, and perform procedures as needed
- Develop and implement individualized care plans that address the unique needs of each patient
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care transitions
- Master's degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant studies
- National Board Certification as an Acute Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
- Current BLS certification
- Covid vaccination required
