Job Title: Field Service Engineer III-Cath Lab

We are seeking an experienced Field Service Engineer III-Cath Lab to join our team at 626 Holdings, LLC. As a key member of our technical staff, you will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance with medical imaging equipment, with a focus on ultrasound devices and high-level electro-mechanical systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the repair and maintenance of diagnostic imaging equipment, including ultrasound devices and high-level electro-mechanical systems.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers in a high-pressure, time-sensitive environment.
  • Perform scheduled preventative maintenance, including calibrations and verifications of system specifications.
  • Learn and gain knowledge of imaging equipment to perform preventative maintenance on machines.
  • Accurately document all service activities in accordance with company quality standards.
  • Assess, calibrate, and maintain test equipment.
  • Submit field service reports in a timely manner and according to functional standards.
  • Communicate with account managers on services being provided.
  • Manage and maintain company assets required to perform job functions.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or GED required; some college or degree preferred.
  • Formal training and field experience in medical imaging device service and repair, with a focus on ultrasound devices.
  • Ability to work well with others, follow procedures and instructions, and communicate effectively.
  • Business acumen, customer service skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to travel frequently and work independently with minimal supervision.
