Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Host to join our team at Jefferson Village. As a Host, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing a warm welcome and setting the tone for an exceptional dining experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Guest Welcome: Greet every guest with a smile and a warm welcome, ensuring they feel valued and appreciated.
  • Wait List Management: Effectively manage the wait list, keeping guests informed and engaged while they wait.
  • Communication: Communicate guest concerns to the Manager when necessary, ensuring prompt resolution and exceptional service.
  • Phone Handling: Answer the phone within three rings and direct calls to the appropriate team member.
  • Team Support: Assist fellow team members as needed, ensuring seamless service and a positive guest experience.

Requirements

  • Attitude: Friendly, warm, and caring attitude that's always ready to greet with a smile.
  • Speed and Agility: Thinks and acts quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Physical Demands: Able to work in a standing position for long periods of time and safely lift and maneuver trays of food when necessary.
  • No Experience Necessary: We provide comprehensive training to ensure your success in this role.
