Job Title: Receptionist

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Receptionist to join our team at Bonaventure Senior Living. As a Receptionist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our residents, families, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and assist visitors, residents, and families with a warm and welcoming smile.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and respond to emails in a timely manner.
  • Sort and distribute mail and packages, and perform general office duties such as copying, filing, and supply requisition.
  • Assist with the preparation of community events and visitor tours, and provide support to the management team as needed.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, with the ability to learn new software and systems quickly.
  • Ability to problem-solve and think critically in a fast-paced environment.
  • English language required, with the ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff.
  • CPR certification preferred, but not required.
