We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dining Service Manager to join our team at Bonaventure Senior Living in Maple Valley, Washington. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading our dining services department and ensuring that our residents receive exceptional dining experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of our dining rooms, kitchens, hospitality areas, caf, and pub.
  • Hire, train, and lead a team of servers, cooks, dishwashers, and bartenders.
  • Develop and implement menus that meet the dietary needs and preferences of our residents.
  • Maintain inventory of food and non-food supplies to stay within established guidelines and budgets.
  • Lead with and inspire excellent customer service to our residents.
  • Prepare and serve foods indicated on planned menus.
  • Ensure consistent quality and delicious food is served.
  • Create and maintain the schedule for the dining services team.
  • Maintain a clean and organized dining department at all times.
Requirements
  • 2 to 5 years of prior success in working in or managing a dining services department.
  • English language required.
  • CPR Certification (preferred).
  • Must pass criminal background check and drug test.
