Experienced Primary Care Provider Opportunity

Urrly is seeking a compassionate and skilled Nurse Practitioner to join our team in delivering exceptional primary care to a dedicated panel of patients. With a strong focus on patient-centered care, this role offers the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of nursing home residents.
About the Role:- Promote health and wellness through comprehensive assessments, personalized care plans, and effective coordination with care teams.
- Develop and implement advanced care planning strategies to ensure seamless transitions and tailored care approaches.
- Act as a trusted advisor to patients, families, and care teams, ensuring informed decision-making and alignment on care needs and goals.
This rewarding position requires an unrestricted state licensure as an Advanced Practice Nurse and national board certification. Additionally, eligibility for Medicare participation and 6+ months of experience as an Advanced Practice Provider are preferred qualifications.
What We Offer:- Estimated Annual Salary: $120,000 - $150,000
- Comprehensive Health Coverage: 90% of individual plan costs and 70% for dependents (medical, dental, vision).
