Primary Care Physician Opportunity

Montefiore Medical Center, a nationally recognized academic medical center and University Hospital, is seeking an experienced primary care physician to join its team. With a mission to heal, teach, discover, and advance the health of the communities we serve, our comprehensive network of primary care practices, Montefiore Medical Group (MMG), is actively recruiting full-time/part-time primary care physicians.
As a primary care physician at MMG, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional medical care to patients by conducting thorough annual assessments, providing counsel on health concerns, documenting care delivered into EPIC, and appropriately referring patients with ongoing or acute medical needs. In this role, you will also perform patient histories and physical examinations, evaluate findings, and provide appropriate patient care, while emphasizing early detection of ailments, prevention, and overall wellness.
We are looking for flexible physicians who possess quality clinical diagnostic skills, relationship-centered care, and strong communication skills. If you have a Board Certified in Family or Board Eligible Medical Doctorate (MD or DO) and experience in Preventive Medicine, we encourage you to apply.
