- Participate in the formulation, implementation, and monitoring of the Care Group's Business Plan, aligning with the Trust's strategic objectives.
- Full MRCP and GMC registration, with a strong commitment to maintaining professional standards.
- Experience in all aspects of Geriatric Medicine, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality patient care.
- Administration experience in day-to-day organization of Geriatric Medicine and General Internal Medicine services, with a focus on efficiency and effectiveness.
- Leadership capability within multi-disciplinary teams, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
