Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Nuclear Medicine Specialist to join our team at LifeBridge Health. As a Nuclear Medicine Specialist, you will be responsible for performing all activities of the Department of Nuclear Medicine in accordance with the policies and procedures of the Hospital.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Performs Nuclear Medicine procedures using prescribed technique; maintains proficiency on all related equipment.
  • Communicates with various people within the Department and patients, as well as other customers throughout the organization.
  • Performs a variety of support duties to assure smooth operations of the department.
  • Follows universal protocol for patient identification and infectious diseases.

Requirements:

  • Formal working knowledge; equivalent to an Associate's degree (2 years college); requires knowledge of a specialized field.
  • Graduate of a school of Nuclear Medicine.
  • Less than one year of experience.
  • Licensed by the State of MD.
  • Certified by CNMT or ARRT(N) or registry eligible.
