We are seeking an experienced sales professional to join our team at Empire Automotive Group Mazda of Huntington. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with customers, providing exceptional customer service, and meeting sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers to build a loyal client base
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Meet and exceed sales targets, consistently achieving or exceeding monthly and quarterly sales goals
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, including features, benefits, and pricing of all Mazda vehicles
- Participate in sales training and development programs to improve sales skills and knowledge
- Collaborate with other sales team members to achieve sales goals and objectives
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the automotive industry
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
- Strong work ethic and commitment to providing exceptional customer service
- Valid and clean NY state driver's license and ability to pass a drug and background check
