Frosting Specialist Job Description:

At Nothing Bundt Cakes, we are looking for a skilled Frosting Specialist to create our signature frosting and frost cakes according to standardized application techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Follows proprietary frosting recipe and application methods with precision.
2. Utilizes measuring instruments, commercial-grade mixers, and pastry bags to frost cakes.
3. Prioritizes cake pre-orders and frosts cakes for walk-in guest orders.
4. Ensures an adequate supply of samples and frosted cakes are available in the bakery display case.
5. Adheres to proper packaging, labeling, and storage of frosted cakes.
6. Monitors inventory of frosting supplies and notifies management when replenishment is required.
7. Evaluates baked and frosted cakes to ensure NbC standards are met.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in an operational support role at a bakery or restaurant or in a food service environment is a plus.
• Must have flexibility to work various shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Salary: $11.00 - $14.00 per hour
