Role Summary:

In this position, you will collaborate closely with the Marketing Manager to enhance and promote our dining services. This will involve conducting market research to identify the needs of our target audience, planning and brainstorming marketing strategies, and executing promotional campaigns across various channels. This internship offers a unique opportunity to lead projects and request additional assignments to broaden your skill set in marketing.

Qualifications:

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Experience or knowledge in customer service.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • General interest and knowledge in marketing.
  • Experience with graphic design tools is advantageous.
  • Prior experience in marketing is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in organizing and executing events.
  • Support the Dine on Campus initiative.
  • Help develop and manage the social media content calendar.
  • Act as a representative of the brand.
  • Conduct marketing evaluations.
  • Perform general administrative duties.
  • Complete the Marketing Boot Camp.
  • Survey students for marketing insights.
  • Create marketing materials tailored to various specifications.
  • Manage signage across multiple locations.
  • Assist in developing concepts, campaigns, and visuals to effectively communicate with the target audience.
  • Oversee content for websites and social media profiles.
  • Participate in meetings and events as required.
