Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare high-quality meals and baked goods in accordance with established menus.
  • Compile daily reports to document food service transactions.
  • Understand the components that constitute a complete meal.
  • Ensure food is stored in a safe and sanitary manner.
  • Serve meals following scheduled times and departmental guidelines.
  • Properly maintain kitchen equipment, with a focus on safe knife handling.
  • Efficiently prepare a variety of food items and beverages.
  • Enhance the presentation of meals with appropriate garnishments.
  • Assist in the thorough cleaning of storage and cooking equipment.
  • Comply with all food safety standards regarding sanitation and food handling.
  • Follow the uniform policy as required.
  • Communicate with the Manager daily to accurately prepare the menu.
  • Monitor food temperature to ensure safety.
  • Keep the work and storage areas organized and clean.
  • Perform cleaning tasks including scrubbing surfaces and sanitizing equipment.
  • Maintain cleanliness in garbage collection and kitchen areas.
  • Carry out additional tasks as assigned, including various kitchen duties.
  • This position may involve physical activities such as lifting, bending, and prolonged standing.
