Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and process orders and communications for restaurant partners.
  • Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries via calls and emails.
  • Review and modify orders as needed, including promotional and product adjustments.
  • Input special requests and produce orders into the system.
  • Assess food orders for routing thresholds and make adjustments as necessary.
  • Communicate with delivery partners, providing them with routing and order updates.
  • Update delivery schedules and adjust routes in the system.
  • Facilitate order processing for warehouse selection.
  • Prepare shipping documentation, including Bills of Lading for each route.
  • Collaborate with warehouse leadership to ensure accurate shipping documentation.
  • Load tags for applicable shipments.
  • Process credits for delivery discrepancies.
  • Maintain organized records and documentation.
  • Handle third-party freight billing and review inbound invoices for charge accuracy.
  • Conduct data entry and manage records efficiently.
  • Oversee outbound freight charges for restaurant partners.
  • Support customer and office activities, including greeting visitors and assisting with field operations.
  • Engage with multiple customers to ensure their needs are met promptly and accurately, adhering to all location-specific policies and procedures.
  • Assist with special requests and collaborate with various departments within the distribution center.
  • Utilize specialized software to validate store orders.
  • Respond to inbound calls and special delivery requests while processing orders.
  • Follow up on requests from distribution centers in a timely manner.
  • Review promotional communications via email.
  • Ensure consistent service delivery to restaurant partners through ongoing training.
  • Perform other related tasks as assigned.
