Cafe Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Cafe Associate to join our team at Sam's Club. As a Cafe Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

• Food Preparation: Prepare food according to item specifications, adhering to food safety standards and sanitation guidelines.
• Customer Service: Provide fast and friendly service to our members, listening to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely manner.
• Teamwork: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives, communicate effectively with team members, and be flexible to meet the needs of the business.
• Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels, rotate merchandise, and ensure quality and date control standards are met.
• Adaptability: Be comfortable with change and quickly adapt to different work scenarios, leveraging digital tools to drive sales and improve the shopping experience.

• Food Service Experience: Previous experience in food service, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with team members and customers.
• Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Physical Demands: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and move quickly in a fast-paced environment.
