LPN Clinical Operations Supervisor

Responsible for the comprehensive oversight and management of designated physician practices.
Collaborates effectively with management and medical professionals to ensure that all operational policies, procedures, and programs align with the strategic objectives of the organization.
Qualifications:- Education: Must possess a degree from an accredited nursing program.
- Licensure/Certification: Current LPN licensure is required. CPR certification must be maintained.
- Experience: A minimum of 3 years in a medical office environment or a related field is essential; supervisory experience is preferred. Familiarity with electronic medical records is advantageous. Experience in staff scheduling is also preferred.
Strong verbal and written communication abilities are essential. A solid understanding of clinical operations, service excellence, and quality improvement initiatives is necessary. Proficiency with computer systems is required.
