We are seeking a skilled and compassionate LPN to join our team at Parkview Physicians Group in Indiana. As a LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and working collaboratively with our healthcare team.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist physicians with patient care and assessment
  • Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to provide comprehensive patient care
  • Develop and implement individualized patient care plans
  • Provide education and support to patients and families
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives
Requirements:
  • Current state LPN license
  • Current CPR certification
  • Graduate of a school of nursing
  • General Orientation, Patient Care Orientation, and PPG practice orientation completion
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous clinical experience in a healthcare setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds and assist with 100 pounds
