Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance, repair, and modification of aircraft as required, adhering to company safety practices and regulations.
  • Work on Cessna 208 Caravan and Beechcraft Model 99 aircraft, ensuring timely and efficient completion of tasks.
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Current A&P License is mandatory for this position.
  • Experience working on Cessna 208 Caravan and Beechcraft Model 99 aircraft is essential.
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required.
  • Standard Aviation Tool Kit is necessary for the job.
  • Criminal Background Check and compliance with FAA Drug and Alcohol screening checks are mandatory.
Job Type:
  • This is a Contract to Hire position.
  • Candidates must be willing to work Day and Night shifts.
Essential Job Functions:
  • Ability to work as part of a team in a high-stress, fast-paced environment.
  • Self-starter with minimal supervision, highly motivated, detail-oriented, organized, and able to multi-task.
  • Physical Demands: Occasional lifting and/or moving up to 50 pounds, frequent walking, standing, and/or climbing.
  • Work Environment: Aircraft maintenance in a hangar and ramp environment.
