Position Overview- Specialty: Radiology Technologist

Location: UCHealth UCHlth Harmony Campus
Department: Harm Ambu Surg Ctr Clinical
FTE: Part Time, 0.6, 48.00 hours per pay period (2 weeks)
Shift: Days
Compensation: $40.86 / hour, based on relevant experience.
- Conducts radiographic and fluoroscopic examinations, ensuring proper patient positioning, technique selection, and radiation safety.
- Evaluates completed images for technical quality and confirms physician orders.
- Communicates effectively with patients, introducing oneself and explaining procedures.
- Maintains supply inventory and performs necessary clerical tasks.
- Acts as the primary contact for the facility's Radiation Safety Program, overseeing safety monitoring and device tracking.
- Demonstrates critical thinking and decision-making skills, working independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Graduation from an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
- Certification as R.T. (R) from ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists).
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Healthcare Provider certification.
